How It Works

From initial request to post-event wrap-up, the Marketing team provides comprehensive support - covering guidance, collaterals, branding, content, and tracking - to ensure every event aligns with firm goals, brand standards, and your business development objectives.

1. Define & Share All Details

Work within your event team to define all essential details including, but not limited to, the type of event, target audience, expected size, budget range, and overall objectives for ROI. Then submit the event request form.

2. Review & Approval

The Leadership team will review and evaluate each event request to ensure alignment with business priorities, strategic goals, and budget considerations. Once approved, the request moves forward for detailed planning and coordination with the Marketing team.

3. Plan & Execute

Collaborate with the Marketing team to define the event flow, content theme, collateral, setup, emailers, and post-event tracking framework. Marketing will also share insights, best practices, and learnings from previous events to help you plan effectively and maintain consistency with the firm’s brand standards.

4. Engage & Follow-Up

With the right branding, content, and tracking in place, execute an impactful, on-brand event that supports business development objectives. Post-event, ensure timely follow-ups with participants and potential BD targets for effective ROI. The Marketing team will continue to provide guidance and support to help sustain engagement and maximize long-term impact.

Any consultant or team member planning or proposing Kingsley Gate for branded or sponsored events such as roundtables, panels, business development gatherings, or speaking engagements should use this hub to initiate requests and access event resources.

 

What details are required?

You will be asked to provide event type, audience, size, location, date, objectives, and estimated budget. Additional notes or special requirements can also be shared.

How long does the approval process take?

Most event requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. You will be notified once the request has been approved or if additional information is required.

Where would the budget come from? Who pays for the event?

It depends on the type of request. However, in most cases, the expenses are covered under the consultant’s Business Development (BD) budget, with certain considerations from the corporate budget when applicable.

What factors are considered during approval?

Requests are evaluated based on alignment with firm priorities, business goals, budget availability, and estimated ROI from the event. 

 

What support will I receive if approved?

The Marketing team will provide collaterals, guide execution, and work closely with the event team to ensure smooth delivery and as per brand standards. We will also share guidance on post-event tracking to ensure consistent follow-up.
