Centralized Event Request and Approval
Whether you’re hosting, sponsoring, or speaking, this is where every Kingsley Gate BD event begins.
Define your event, the estimated budget, and the objective. Submit your request in minutes, get alignment from leadership, and partner with Marketing to access clear workflows, branded templates, and tracking flows that turn every BD interaction into measurable impact.
How It Works
From initial request to post-event wrap-up, the Marketing team provides comprehensive support - covering guidance, collaterals, branding, content, and tracking - to ensure every event aligns with firm goals, brand standards, and your business development objectives.
1. Define & Share All Details
Work within your event team to define all essential details including, but not limited to, the type of event, target audience, expected size, budget range, and overall objectives for ROI. Then submit the event request form.
3. Plan & Execute
Collaborate with the Marketing team to define the event flow, content theme, collateral, setup, emailers, and post-event tracking framework. Marketing will also share insights, best practices, and learnings from previous events to help you plan effectively and maintain consistency with the firm’s brand standards.
4. Engage & Follow-Up
With the right branding, content, and tracking in place, execute an impactful, on-brand event that supports business development objectives. Post-event, ensure timely follow-ups with participants and potential BD targets for effective ROI. The Marketing team will continue to provide guidance and support to help sustain engagement and maximize long-term impact.
Estimate your costs before submitting your event request
A significant portion of event expenses is drawn from your Business Development (BD) budget. To help you plan effectively, use the Event Budget Calculator to estimate potential costs based on factors like location, scale, format, and requirements.
The estimates provided are indicative and may vary depending on market conditions, negotiations, additional needs, or real-time execution scenarios. This tool is designed to give you a clear understanding of expected costs, so you can align your request with your budget and firm guidelines before submission.
